Seaport Village Apartments

"Poor management, trash and roach infestation. Parking is horrible if you work night shift. The apartments have a mold issue, they just paint right over it to hide the mold. They don’t care about the safety and health of their tenants. My unit had flooded recently from the rain and it took a full day for maintenance to come look at my apartment. These apartments are very old. The leasing office refuse to contact management to hire contractors to restore and secure the roof when it rains. I will avoid moving here, unless you want to deal with problems after problems. I can’t wait to move this year."

"Be aware of the homeless at these apartments. Management has no control over it they will walk around the apartments and sleep next to your cars and dig in the properties trash cans. The pools are never clean or available. Also when it rains my living room would always flood til it got to the point I had to figure it out myself, there was mold from the flooding and maintenance just painted over it."

"Save yourself a headache and do not apply to these apartments. The leasing specialist/ management are lazy and reluctant to work. Unprofessional and poor communication. I waited over a month for them to process my paperwork and inspection. Just for the unit to not pass inspection. They didn’t even care to notify me that it didn’t pass inspection. Also, they tried to scam me for my deposit with good credit and employment. They’ll try to make excuses and find other reasons that doesn’t make sense to why they’re charging you a $1900 deposit. I took my money elsewhere."

"I called the leasing office to confirm my scheduled tour. The staff stated there was no appointment scheduled in their system, although I received a confirmation email. The staff was very unprofessional when I tried to schedule a new appointment. They hung up the phone in my face & refused to pick up the phone. I did further investigation into the apartment complex review. On Yelp, many reviews expressed that the building has a current problem with roaches & management. Thank God I saved myself from the headache. Everything happens for a reason."

"DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I am a new resident and I was sold a pretty picture but in all actuality this place is terrible. Within my first month, I came home from a 10 hours shift at work to my entire 1st floor of my townhome was flooded with sewage water and feces. I mean 3-5 inches of water sitting in my entire first floor. Maintenance came out to address and sat items that were sitting in the sewage water in my couch. They say my swifer that was sitting in the sewage water in my sink on my dishes. Not the mention, they entered my home without my knowledge or approval. Lease office stated I would have to go through my own renter's insurance. I am furious with them and I am ready to move already and I have only been here a solid month. If I can save just one person for making the same mistake I made by moving here I will be happy."
