She helped us on our tour, responded to emails very promptly (even during after-hours), answered our millions of questions, and gave very candid and objective advice on our apartment hunt. We were stuck between Magnolia and another apartment complex, but seeing how great management was, thanks to Malie, it was a no brainer to go with them."

"Our time living at The Magnolia was great during Ellie’s tenure and became below-satisfactory once new management arrived. I’d encourage any future residents to be cognizant of some details regarding the property: -Comfort of living is permeated by excess noise levels deriving from the fire station throughout the day and night (especially if your residence is south-facing). Additionally, noise travels in all directions to the degree where you hear constant chatter, barking, and unwanted noise. -The Magnolia’s internet service provider, BAI Connect, doesn’t deliver as it’s inconsistent with quality and spotty even while paying the upgrade for more Mbps. -Parking is limited for residents (to the extent where some are routed to park in the Courthouse parking lot) and close to non-existent for guests as The Magnolia off-loaded a multitude of guest parking spaces to Sugar Taco. -The bike room is constantly broken into and residents’ property has been stolen on numerous occasions. -Expect the elevator(s) to be down multiple times during your lease—no exaggeration. Other medium of mobility is the staircase which then poses inconvenience, limitations, and lack of wheel chair accessibility. -Communication dwindled since the departure of Ellie and Rose (previous management), and attention to detail from new management diminished. For instance, Sixto, the maintenance tech, retrieved our apartment keys and graciously facilitated the process ten full days before the expiration of our lease in which a final walk-around was successfully completed. Fast-forward days later, we receive a call from the Property Manager inquiring when the keys would be turned in. As a Property Manager, it’s crucial to be proactive with the property you’re managing, up-to-date with functions concerning resident move-outs, and responsive when contacted via phone at different points throughout the week."

"I had a truly disappointing experience with Magnolia Apartments. I paid a $500 security deposit to secure a space, only to be told after just 3 days that it was not refundable. Their policy states they were “not entitled” to give it back. This policy is completely unreasonable and feels like a scam. Beware of doing business with a company that seems more interested in taking your money than providing fair customer service. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your housing needs. Furthermore, their complete lack of responsiveness and refusal to address my concerns only adds to the frustration. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable apartment complex that values its tenants and their concerns. They also have no parking available and charge extra for “tandem parking”."

"I’ve been in my apartment since October 2022 and I absolutely love it thus far. The amenities are great and the property is very well maintained. And the location is perfect. I can walk right out of my apartment and grab coffee from Starbucks, do some shopping at the Pike Outlets or grab dinner all within walking distance. As far as the staff, the management and maintenance staff have been amazing. I've had many conversations with Ellie, Rose, and Dewayne (when he was working at this location) and I felt like I had been knowing them for years. They have always displayed a positive and vibrant personality whenever I have encountered them. I was torn between this property and another and I'm so happy with my choice."

"Gorgeous new construction property that has excellent amenities and fantastic aesthetics. The staff are super and the building is gorgeous. Electric vehicle parking (ChargePoint) in the garage. There’s a parlor, tons of outdoor seating, nice grills/bbq, and beautiful gym."
