"Very bad service, I made an appointment with the Community Director there at Las Ventanas , to apply for me and my brother, her and her assistant try to find a non logical reasons to refuse our applications, after I showed them that all conditions are met on our applications including the hall required documents, and nothing is wrong with our applications, they told me we have no parking spot for you, how comes?? one day before her assistant told me we have one bedroom apartments with their parking spots, one day after they changed their mind and they said we have no parking for you ,That's Unreasonable there is no way to rent an appartment there without a parking spot and they know that, that was ILLEGAL, and NOT RIGHT, it was only a reason for them to refuse our application because they know we couldn't sign the lease there without a parking spot, that's an abuse of using the power .... I gonna file a complaint to their supervisor too ..."
