"John, the newest maintenance professional is excellent! I have been a resident at Pacific Ocean for over 15yrs. John is the most prompt, professional, friendly staff I have interacted with thus far. He has a very high level of integrity demonstrated by following through in the most prompt manner and explaining in great detail the issue and what to expect as far as the repair and a reasonable timeline."

"Quality of life at POA has gone severely downhill the past few months. Resurfacing of common areas including the pool was scheduled during our best weather months this year. Jacuzzi is half drained and filled with soap. The giant dumpster is parked outside our window for over a month without a clear end date. It reeks of garbage (it’s an open container with no lid), and the smell has permeated fabric and carpets of our apartment. Been feeling sick and haven’t been able to sleep. We need a proper immediate response with a lid, apartment cleaning, and likely a rent reduction due to the latter garbage issue."

"Pacific Ocean is a wonderful location with great Maintained (Peter) If you are in rent control thou (all units are), and under market value though, things will not be replaced. A large bandage will be put on every failing appliances, drawers etc. I have now been here 4 years, the location and rent control, paid utilities and parking is enough to keep me. If you are a new tenant this probably won't be the case. :) Update 4/1: I appreciate the response on google. I went ahead and placed a request for both by fridge and oven that don't work. The number provided only lead me to a voicemail. I will update."

"Decron stole a refundable deposit from me for an apartment I never took after they changed the move in date over 2 weeks later than arranged. Silence by all means of communication both from the company and Kathy Farrell the manager who showed me around. I'm writing this now 3 months after and still no refund despite many attempts. So glad I don't live in an apartment of theirs now. I would avoid this company like the plague unless you enjoy dealing with property management companies that nickel, dime and steal from residents and residents-to-be."

"2 stars because the location is great. This place is literally falling apart at the seams. Don't be conned by the "renovations" - the apartments look nice, until you see that the work is shoddy, maintenance is awful, and everything is done as cheaply as possible. We've had numerous disasters with things breaking the apartment, leading to damage to our own property. I can't go into all the specifics on a public forum, but be warned that this place is bargain basement trash that you pay a ridiculous rent for. Stay away, we wish we did. Can't wait to move out of this dump and all it's problems!"
