"Eden housing increases rent excessively while not properly maintaining their property at this Dublin location. Visit the location on Saint Patrick Way and you will see fire damage on the front entrance wall and filth and discoloring on the walkway that has been present for over a year. The other apartment communities in the area seem to be able to maintain their property with twice the tenants and pets. The carpeting is urine stained and filthy on all four floors. The elevators are always behind in inspection and the front callbox is damaged. Tenants complain and budgetary issues are replied as the reason, yet, Eden Housing can spend tens of millions of dollars to build another larger apartment community right up the street."
"I live on the 2nd floor since 12-2017. I mostly keep to myself. Management and the staff are friendly enough. It's quiet now that the Evictions have stopped & I like it that I way."

"Here’s the truth. I’ve been living here since August , 2018. Unfortunately, the tenants are marginalized. To be fair, there have been some tenants who have shown through their actions/behavior that they are not prepared to live inside around others Nonetheless, that doesn’t negate Eden’s responsibility to show their tenants respect, which they currently only due 50% of the time."
