"********** UPDATE TO THE UPDATE - OCTOBER 2023: Entrance gate has been broken now for over 2 MONTHS and there is zero sign of it ever being fixed. Cars dangerously pass each other too close because cars are now exiting & entering on the same side. Briana has done her very best to turn this place into the hood. Great job! Would give it NEGATIVE stars if possible! UPDATE - MAY 2023: ********** STAY AWAY from this place. The review below that called Tralee "thieves" is right. My friend visited the property, changed his mind about renting here, and had to fight to get his refundable deposit back - the manager (Briana) is SHADY as hell. Can't imagine how many other people she has done this to. Can't wait to get out of here once my lease expires. No wonder people constantly move out of this place every single week. *********** Used be nice...now its turned into a dump. Trash everywhere, nasty stairwells and hallways, dog urine by the elevators. Management just ignores it and doesn't care. Don't rent here!"
"The leasing office representatives Laquita and Brianna were hospitable, professional, and accommodating of prospective tenants. Laquita gave me a comprehensive tour of the property. I really appreciate the professionalism and time they spent to introduce the apartments. The price is definitely reasonable for the quality of the property and service provided by the staff. Although I did not end up living here this time, I would definitely consider renting here in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality apartments and staff."
"Five star experience dealing with Q in the leasing office and Ronald in the Maintenance department. Couldn’t meet nicer people. Their customer service is excellent and above expectations. The complex is maintained at the highest level and they definitely make the difference in living in a luxury modern apartment."
