"Hi, I have been living in Emerald park for almost 2 years in Dublin.I'm extremely satisfied on the whole community and experience. Especially with the customer service. I have to give a huge shout out to the property manager Morgan Gargalikis, she is extremely customer friendly and takes care of any requests that you go with swiftly (she has a lightening speed in typing, you have to see it to belive it ). The whole community is greatly maintained and the amenities are great as well. I need not mention the location its in a must convinient place in Dublin you wish to be. Thanks to managing team, i give them 5 stars."

"Hello, I was visiting a family member over the holiday weekend. I had trouble getting in the gate, and my relative wasn’t answering. Coincidentally one of the maintenance technicians happen to be coming out of the side gate, so he let me in the gate, and also went out of his way to escort me the building, while he walked in the rain. Seeing that I made it to my destination safely and I believe his name was Aarion exceptional help and very nice of him"

"Very good and well maintained. Utilities can be PGE or Easy bay. xfinity is our internet provider. Management is friendly and easily reachable. No issue with security. We billed for water, thrash, sewer and gas (iam not aware that Iam getting gas bill) since our stove is electric , might be hot water is using gas. Elementary school is near by. We got some maintenance issues here and there but maintenance team took care of issues. Swimming pool was well maintained too. Only thing wondered me was in a 975 sq feet home, living room looks smaller for me (may be fireplace took some space, iam still figuring out or may be I chose the home that got layout this way). Our neighbors are great and friendly. We got good gym too :). Morgan and D took care of all requests and even if there is any escalations they are there all time to help."

"I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now, and we had a few issues with the old management (losing paperwork, not cleaning before move in). A few months into living here, Sequoia took over and they have been excellent! Easy to get ahold of and always friendly, professional, and responsive. Morgan is who we usually see in the front office and she is AMAZING! Maintenance is always quick and does a great job as well. The apartments themselves are pretty quiet and I love that there is ample parking that a lot of apartments here don’t seem to have. The location is what I like the most- while the apartments themselves aren’t all as updated as some other ones in Dublin/tri-valley I’ve toured, the safety factor/quiet of the complex is really the best I’ve found here which makes it well worth it."
