"The lease process was easy enough. We felt very welcomed. Our unit was pretty dingy upon move in. Damaged cabinets that weren't wiped down from previous renter. fence riddled with marks and damage. The backyard had nails and trash all between the stones. The stove is yellowed for whatever reason .there's a crack in a kitchen tile.. the fridge is dented.. on moving day the bathroom sink was leaking which they fixed immediately. We put everything we could on the move in inspection but every day we found something else. The resident Portal app also doesn't allow you to have two people pay their half of rent separately so that's a little inconvenient but the maintenance team is super responsive via app so that's good. Other than the fact they could've cleaned better and updated some things before we moved in... The place is very peaceful and there are ducks and turkeys that roam free. Coming home everyday is very soothing. The management even hosts a few events on the property! They are super friendly and the place seems safe to walk at night... Except the duck poop which is apparently a running joke here."

"I asked for a garage when I moved in, never heard back. My car was broken into 3 months after moving in and the wheels were stolen. I asked for a garage after my car was left on cinder blocks, and as it happened the last time, no response. I sent an email and followed up with a phone call after my car was broken into. even if the answer is no, the leasing office management should be courteous enough to send a response. The place is nice but porch thefts are on the rise here."

"Apartment complex and landscape is nice. BUT make sure you are sure about living here before you apply. There is a holding agreement that states if you are approved but decide not to go with this apartment, you forfeit your deposit. We were NOT told this when we visited the apartment. We applied to a few places including this apartment not knowing if we would be approved. So make sure you really want it or you'll lose your $800 security deposit like we did."

"Pretty horrible experience with this place. I gave 2 stars because while I lived there, it wasn't the worst. Good gym/pool, decent appliances, properly sized bedrooms. However, when I left to move out of state, I was slapped with a $1300 fee. There were a few small charges, that I could understand. The major charge was for "pet urine". Apparently they have some machine that they put in the concrete to test it. Cool, except I never owned a pet! I asked them for proof that the test was done prior to me moving in, and they were unable to produce anything. So I said, I wasn't paying, and they said they would send it to collections. I was in the middle of buying my house, and the last thing I needed was a ding on my credit. That's the thanks I got for shelling out $60,000 in rent, over 2.5 years!"

"We liked this place so far. We had some hiccups during the move in because our dog wasn't spayed yet, and the management was exceptionally flexible about it. Now we have everything in good condition. The maintenance in general is pretty good and the pools are always clean. Lake, birds, animals, green grass and trees, and a nice place to play and walk around. We liked and we recommended this place to our friends and they moved in as well."
