Fountains at Emerald Park

"Avoid this place if possible. Unless you don’t mind having to deal with unprofessional and lack of communication staffs members. I’ve been here for the past three years and never did I enjoyed the time being here. The only reason why I stayed was due to it being affordable and location. They preach about putting their tenants priorities first and wanting to make sure everyone is happy but don’t be surprise when you reach out and it takes them weeks to respond back. Not only just that but please be aware that maintenance requests take months just to get someone to come out and fix the issue. You will also deal with front office people who tends to forget about your request even though you went in person and talked to them multiple times just to find out your request was never processed because they “forgot”. Also, make sure you do a final inspection/walkthrough prior to vacating because they will try to squeeze every penny they can out of you. They tried charging me a termination fee because I vacated one day prior to my actual date but i paid the full 30 days and have proof. Not only just that but they will lie and say they have nothing on file or in the system about any issues you’ve brought up. Finally, don’t expect to ever talk to the manager, Davina because she will have someone else who doesn’t work at the office but at a different Apartment complex reach out on her behalf."

"Recently ended Lease from Fountains emerald park @Dublin. This place is horrible and can't explain in words. They've charged me lease termination charges and renovation charges combined of 1880$. They will try to rob you in all possible ways. This is not a recommended apartment for stay. I tried to call and email to them multiple times from past one week and no one is ready to answer or respond to any of the communications. They are such a lazy persons sitting in leasing office. Always connecting to Virtual assistance and that's the end of it."

"This is NOT a safe apartment complex. My car was easily stolen in broad daylight inside the assigned garage (which has an inner gate, but they leave it open purposely which makes no sense even after several complaints!). The outside gates are ALWAYS broken and anyone can easily access the apartments. They have dud cameras in the entrance and exit only, and no security. They hired security once or twice for a single shift never to be seen again lol. You can search the other reviews and see this isn't the only case of stolen or broken into cars. I always walk across broken glass at parking spots knowing something else has happened to another unfortunate person. The management literally doesn't care, they are mostly unresponsive and require you to physically walk into the office to get anything done; and most of the time they will never escalate these issues for a solution. Beware for your safety of living here and considering these apartments, more and more suspicious individuals are walking around the complex everyday and this is no longer considered a safe area to live in when crime and criminals are completely disregarded & ignored here."

"I have lived here at Fountains of Emerald Park for over 2 years. Maintenance crew is very nice and helpful. Management changed several months back and it was a bit of a transition at first, but now things are running smoother and Ms. Davina has been great at addressing my concerns. I love having a gym and pool to use. I feel safe in the community. One annoyance is that the rear vehicle gate seems to constantly have issues and shut down or not work, which is really a drag. Neighbors here are kind and quiet, and overall the community feel is nice with all the kids and overall peacefulness."

"I recently moved here a few months ago and it has gone through some pretty tremendous changes since. It took me some time personally to start getting acclimated to the area and I was a little nervous about it at first. I have to say, DaVina Smith has been exceptional to work with. I had quite a few concerns about things in my apartment that needed fixing and she personally made sure that my maintenance orders were filled. I appreciate all of the consistent communication about things that are going on with the property. And I like that I am living in a place that takes pride in the upkeep of its property. Most recently, work maintenance orders are being completed SUPER fast and I like getting text messages knowing when a work order has been completed. I really am starting to enjoy my time here and I look forward to the continuing updates that are to come. Huge thanks to the community director and for turning things around here."
