"I am leaving this apartment with mixed emotions as I move on to a new place and location. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Chris for his exceptional dedication. His pre-move out inspections were thorough, and he was always prompt in fixing any issues that arose. Chris's friendly demeanor towards guests and myself truly made this apartment feel like home. Thank you, Chris, for your outstanding service!""

"I just renewed my lease after living here for a year. Overall, it is a nice complex and I like the modern feel and appliances inside my apartment. The lobby, elevators, and hallways always seem to be very clean and tidy. I do also feel relatively safe living here despite being just a few feet away from BART. I haven't dealt with management at all, but maintenance is pretty responsive and quick to make repairs. I do wish they would implement DNA testing for dog waste (as many other complexes do) to help with the countless dog droppings surrounding the complex at all times. Although that may seem excessive, I feel more could be done to help with this issue. The complex is even generous enough to provide waste baggies in 2 areas of the complex, but many residents just do not use them. Also, if you work from home or have anxious pets, beware of the fire alarms. I cannot even count how many times the alarms have needed to be tested and retested throughout my 1 year here... They are obviously extremely loud, and extremely annoying and frustrating while trying to work or attend meetings, not to mention, your pet will be terrified. They will sound off & on for hours on end, and also regularly sound off due to residents simply cooking. Although I'm sure there is nothing that can be done, this is just something to be aware of as this has happened countless times throughout just 1 year."

"Great location, but lackluster management. You won't need management much, but their responses will remind you that your rental is a privilege given from their corporate office. For example, they upgraded the apartment door locks, and I, not having access to my computer, was told by management to "knock on my neighborhood's door and ask to borrow their computer" so that I could get the code to my apartment. The fire alarm WILL go off once or twice a month and management will only send an email out if they can blame it on a resident. Also forget about your deposit. They will charge you for "cleaning" even if you leave the unit cleaner than when you move in. EDIT: Hello Tom. I am happy to provide you with input, and I tried to return your call a week ago. After getting through the automated system, no one was available so I left a message. I know it usually take y'all 24-48 hours to respond to resident messages, but it has now been a week. I am still happy to provide feedback to you, but management's lack of follow through was the predominate problem. I also look forward to discussing the move out charges."

"I was in Apt 345 and had a terrible experience. AC, Washer Dryer, Stove are defective never worked properly and had to place work order every week. Carpet nails are coming out very risky for the kids and infants. Water leakage is another big issue which happen often either in the kitchen area or in bathroom. Elevator is one more thing that will keep breaking every weekends. Fire/Smoke alarm almost 3 - 4 times every week either early morning or late night and the list of issues will continue. I had a disappointing experience at this apartment complex. The overall condition of the unit was far from satisfactory - there were numerous maintenance issues that were never adequately addressed despite multiple complaints. The promised amenities were either non-functional or poorly maintained. Additionally, the noise levels were consistently high, making it challenging to have a peaceful living environment. The management seemed indifferent to our concerns, displaying a lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Overall, for the price paid, the quality of living here was well below expectations. Plz, don't live here if you really want to live near bart wait for couple of months bc Avalon is getting ready next to it. Most of the google reviews are given by the employees who work here so don't trust the positive reviews."

"We had toured a few apartment complexes in the Tri-Valley area and chose Connolly Station in the end. First of all, location. It is across the street from Bart, close to the freeway and walkable to nearby shopping. The property appears to be maintained and tended to with a high standard. The staff from the sales agents to maintenance to admin were all very courteous professional. The property is also very quiet and peaceful for a 300+ unit building. The neighbors are friendly and I can tell that they enjoy living here. Also we noticed a large amount of solar panels on the roof. It’s nice to know that alternative energy technology is part of this building. Having mini split heat pumps in all rooms is also nice to have. They are energy efficient compared to central HVAC. The devil is in the details and the professionals that manage this property have the details covered. We are happy to Connolly home."
