"This place is "managed" by a mother/daughter duo who allow illegal drug use in their own apartment & RV parked on site. Also, their "handyman", Otman Guzman, to enter premises of tenant's who aren't home and steal from them. I lived here for 7 years. Loved my neighbors and how close it was to work, but I wish I would have done my research and read reviews before moving into this place and signing my soul over to the ----- herself. They will retaliate against you when you demand repairs be made or when you can't let them borrow money. Bridgett asked to borrow $300 & would get upset when I'd be too tired to entertain her daughter after working a 12 hour day. She has no concept of the word "work". Debbie locked me out of my apartment after demanding repairs be made and didn't allow me to get my property. No notice was ever entering my apt, for self eviction, for eviction period, for claiming abandoned in the mail, not posted on the door, nothing. She breaks the law because she's been able to get away with it. That's the reason she rents to minorities who can't afford any other place in Dublin so there's no way they could afford to take legal action against her. If you value your property, privacy, and are expecting law abiding & professionalism from a landlord, you'll stay away from this place and avoid slumlord Debbie Hacker."
