"There were some issues since my move-in this past November. I had voiced my concerns a few different times and felt like I was being ignored. I was starting to regret my decision to move in. It took a while to get through to the proper personnel, however, am pleased with the result. Denise the office manager was very kind and patient with me. She was effective in helping resolve issues around parking, LATCH access, and dogs off leash. She was honest about growing pains the company has had since opening this brand new facility. She has been incredibly helpful and receptive. Not only am I happy with my apartment, I’m happy with the rapport she was able to establish with me. I’m looking forward to the finished product, as well as the rest of my stay here."
