"Our flight was cancelled coming into town so the first experience with the hotel was over the phone. Front desk was nice, the manager Victoria was super accommodating and sincere. Staff were generally friendly and professional. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is walking distance to just about every place we want to eat at, very convenient."

"I very much enjoyed my stay here. The second floor pool and hot tub was fun and the rooms were great. There are a lot of unhoused people in this neighborhood but the hotel has done a good job with making the building secure. The side entrance by the hotel parking ramp seems to be the best way to get in and out. The breakfast was very busy each morning but we went towards the end just like most people so it was to be expected. There isn't enough seating in the lobby but we just took our food to our room. Lots of hot and cold options!"

"Lovely clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful breakfast daily. Fantastic location and helpful accommodating staff that were fantastic upon check in. They took their time to explain where we were and how to navigate around the area to do some cool fun stuff. 4 blocks from the beautiful Santa Monica pier, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend"

"Very nice hotel to stay at. Room was clean, bathrooms were nice, breakfast was what you expect. Short walk to the pier but there a lot of homeless people milling around on the walk as with any place in the area. During our stay unfortunately a pipe burst in the street( guessing at the construction site down the block) and we did not have water for a shower when we woke up. Not much the hotel could do for us but staff handled it great. I am sure they were getting tired of having to explain to customers but every time we talked to them they were very cheerful and helpful. As a new member of their rewards program was kind of hoping for some extra rewards points but in the long run it was not their fault and they handled the situation very well. Most importantly they still managed to have coffee out for everyone. Would definitely stay there again."
