"What an absolute GEM of a hotel. We wanted an ocean front hotel but we’re trying to stay within our budget. As Montanans we were not prepared for Santa Monica prices! We booked this hotel which was priced at the lower end of other hotels with the same stats. I was worried it was going to be a dump because it was so much cheaper. I was SO WRONG. This hotel is beautiful. So much attention to detail. And incredible staff. The rooms are clean, clean, clean! And so cozy. Everything from the sheets to the shampoo felt very high end. I was thrilled with our space. And the fact that we could see the pier and the beach from our deck was such a special treat! The Valet parking was so easy to use and I felt safe in the well lit garage. Excellent service! I was bummed about the items in the room that cost money to use. (Drinks and snacks) We would Have preferred a vending machine because my kiddo didn’t read the sign … just ate the snacks! Ha. They are very expensive and I wish that wasn’t in the room. But that is my only “downside”. Otherwise this hotel is just absolutely a Winner! Can’t wait to come back!"

"This hotel was a great value for the price we paid! They were in the process of switching their room key system over when we checked in so we had to have a staff member walk us up and let us in our room a few times until they had it all sorted out. The amenities in the room where great! They have nice plush robes and slippers you can use during your stay. There was a shaving kit, toothbrush, paste and mouthwash, makeup remover cloth, shower loofah, fully stocked mini fridge and snack bar in the room which was all really nice! The location is amazing and it's walking distance to several awesome restaurants, bars, and right across the street from a walkway bordering the ocean. A short walk to the Santa Monica Pier as well. The bed wasn't as comfy as I would have liked and the balcony door didn't seem to close all the way, there was a little cracked in it when the lock was latched which allowed smells from outside to come in. Overall I highly recommend and would definitely go back."

"We came here to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, I will be back in the future for sure. This is the best place to stay in St Monica. The location is the best, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Heidi and the rest of the staff made our stay very comfortable. I asked them to move me to one floor higher one day after my stay and they accommodated me with no issue. Very clean and welcoming place."

"I gave this 4 stars as I don't give out 5 at all. Only issue I had was the refrigerator. They had it prestocked so they can charge you 6 dollars for a water (or whatever the ridiculous price was) When I looked at this room it just said it had a fridge. So I assumed I could put my own water and soda in it like I did at every other hotel I hit during this trip in April 2022. Other that that. The place was perfect. Nice people, great view of the ocean and right across the street from the beach. There was also really nice restaurants on the same block. So once the car was parked. It stayed that way!"
