"Complete joke my application been sitting and floating around the office since August. They had the audacity to tell me first come first serve no waiting list! Then turn around and say they don’t see my app, when it’s just been floating around the office. Several staff has came and gone! Very unprofessional they change staffs like they change draws and nobody knows NOTHING low class management and very in organized!!!! Here it is Jan a new year and haven’t heard anything!!!!"

"Three drive by shootings in less than a year, baby daddies and momma drama, ghetto and very dirty common areas, looks are deceptive here, car break INS, many break INS, management does nothing! Un professional and the pool is a wet mess!"

"I turned my keys in the last day of my lease but they kept $160 of my deposit. When I asked why Alize said I stayed 5 days into the next month. I told her that was wrong & she agreed my keys were there on the first of July. I asked how would this be resolved she said the district manager asks for proof.. I told her Tori didn’t give me anything. This is a bogus & shady business practice. Pretty sure I’m not the only one they’ve done this to."

"While the place looks good online, upon arrival the pool was dark green and unusable, not like the picture. I was told that an apt. was available and to put down a deposit. They told me I wouldn't be accepted and they would refund my deposit the next day the manager called me and stated that I would be approved if I paid a couple of items on my credit report. I was going to dispute the items but she told me that it would take too long. I settled instead and sent an email with proof. She stalled for 6 weeks and after she already told me that a 3 bedroom would be available in September and a 2 bedroom in October, her assistant told me no apts. we're available and if I wanted to rent there I would have to complete another application. She told me that she refunded my deposit when I checked my account 3 days later, there was nothing there. I called the corporate office twice and never got a response. Don't rent there, management is dishonest and they try to take your money. They never had an apartment available."

"It’s a very nice place, very pretty, very good service. Yes it is hard to get in touch by phone and email but if your really interested then you would go up there. I went up there around 3 and walked into the leasing office witch the leasing office is in one of the 3 bedrooms apartment so you get to see what the apartment looks like the kitchen and flooring is all the same very beautiful for such a low price , there’s 2 ladies in there you just tell them what your looking for and they will write you down appointment for that month or for the end of that month and she will give you a paper with your appointment on it and it tells you everything you will need on the paper for you appointment and she will let you walk around the leasing apartment to give you an idea of what it will look like in yours but I had very good service. Can’t wait for my appointment!!!"
