"My recent stay at the W was nothing short of spectacular, and it's all thanks to the amazing team who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, seeking the perfect room, the staff was incredibly attentive. The personalized service I received was unparalleled, especially at "the shop" where Kim worked wonders by finding me the best outfit that suited my style and occasion perfectly. Stacy's thoughtfulness truly warmed my heart, as she went out of her way to send a get-well-soon note along with a picture of iced tea to my wife's room, who was recovering from surgery. This kind of personalized attention and care was deeply appreciated and made our stay even more special. Oscar was a lifesaver during my wife's convalescence, finding me a makeshift desk to ensure my meetings went unhindered. His effort to accommodate my needs during a critical time was nothing short of heroic. I must also commend Dyllan, Amber, and Noel for their roles in making our stay comfortable and memorable. Their dedication to service excellence was evident in every interaction, and they all contributed to making our stay at the W an unforgettable one. The housekeeping team, including the elevator rug guy, deserves a special shout-out for their impeccable service. The daily change of rugs with messages like "good morning," "good afternoon," and "good evening" added a unique touch of warmth and hospitality that truly set this hotel apart. These little touches and the overall dedication of the team at the W have made me proud to be a lifetime platinum member. It's clear that the staff doesn't just do their jobs; they go the extra mile to make guests feel valued and cared for. I will definitely be back, not just for the luxurious accommodations, but for the exceptional service delivered by Oscar, Kim, Stacy, Dylan, Amanda, Amber, Noel, and the incredible housekeepers and elevator rug guy. "Rooms are well enough. Modern, mini fridge and snacks etc. views aren’t great, especially lower floors. They were under 60% capacity and I couldn’t get a higher floor without paying another $150 for my coupe days there. Hotel service was good/ as expected. The bartenders at the lobby and rooftop were all great, same with the baristas. The area / location is pretty outstanding. Lots to do, close to a few iconic must eat at spots and a quick Uber over to Broadway."

"Great hotel. The workout room was large for a hotel and nice. I enjoyed the room itself. There were lots of different options on the light switches so you could really control the lighting - I appreciated this since lots of hotel rooms are so dark! I liked the rooftop bar too. They make a great old fashioned. It does get busy up there on weekends. One thing to be aware of - the door on the bathroom is a bit strange. It's 2 sliding doors that meet at the corner, and then the toilet is inside of another door. But all of them are frosted glass so they're a bit see through. It would be very uncomfortable if traveling with family. But there are plenty of bathrooms around the hotel you can use instead - just plan ahead"

"This place is amazing and so cool. Modern, funky and so comfortable. One of the very best we have ever stayed at. Everyone went above and beyond. They even had a great welcome box for our puppy. Wow. This was our first W stay, but it won’t be our last!"

"Nice modern hotel, rooms are well equipped with safe, clothes steamer, mini bar, snacks and coffee machine. The bathroom is a little funky, almost open plan with sliding doors separating it from the bedroom. Beds are SUPER comfortable, worth staying just for that. Facilities are good, I only visited the bar, which had a good selection of cocktails and great servers. Great location and overall recommended base for a Nashville trip."
