They have a very unique combination of subtle elegance and smart technology features. The views at night from the rooftop would have made it a great find on its own! We were easily able to walk from the hotel to the bridgestone arena."

"Easily one of Nashville's best hotels. A lot of people stayed here for an event and all enjoyed it. Rooms are modern, some large some small, but most with great Nashville views. Service is excellent, and they have a really good check-in and check-out experience. Location is great, across Union Station and a short walk to Downtown just down Broadway, which also means a short walk in multiple directions to many great restaurants. Their in-house restaurant, The Nashville Grange, has both great food and service. Highly recommend staying here."

"what an amazing hotel. the staff is top notch. right from the valet guys out front to the front desk staff and room cleaning staff. a INCREDIBLE hotel entrance and lobby. great location on Broadway for all the excitement. Lobby bar and staff were great. rooms very clean and comfortable, never have to wait for an elevator. the rooftop bar is amazing. 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel in downtown Nashville."

"We had a 3-night stay at this hotel right before Thanksgiving. This was our second stay this year, and we have been thoroughly pleased each time. This is a fairly new hotel, and it shows in its impressive lobby and well-appointed rooms and suites. Every member of the staff we interacted with was professional and kind. The swimming pool is really nice and a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. The gym is solid with plenty of cardio options and a dumbbell rack. The club is one of the best domestically, certainly one of the best in the Hyatt chain. The hotel is located on Broadway but a few blocks away from all the hustle and bustle. It is pretty quiet, which we prefer as a family. If you want to hit up the bars it’s an easy 10-minute walk. There is a lot of construction going on near the hotel, but we did not notice any noise or traffic issues. In summary, this is our go-to property in Nashville, and we look forward to going back in 2024."
