Hyatt House Nashville At Vanderbilt 2100 Hayes Street, Nashville, TN 37203

"Wonderful hotel with a great breakfast. My wife and I also enjoyed the views from our room. My only complaint is the $35 charge to park at the hotel. And we weren't told about it till we got there. $35!!! And you already paid premium for a room?"

"Decent stay at this Hyatt since it was for the night. The breakfast was good and it's located right near Centennial Park and Vanderbilt which is nice. It's also a 10 minute drive to Broadway and the Gulch. Breakfast was decent. I wasn't too impressed with the bathroom and the carpet near my closet was wet which was gross. I let the front desk know and they didn't seem too concern. They sent someone up who said he felt that it was a bit damp, but wasn't concerned. Since I was only staying the night, I decided to let it go. The secure access to the garage was broken so anyone could have come in. Fortunately, guests' cars were safe, but guests were still charged. Also, the night I was there, which was a Saturday night, 2 out of the 3 elevators stopped working so guests were packed into one elevator like sardines and we had to wait a while. Overall, my stay was decent, but I am not sure it was worth what I paid. I loved Nashville and definitely want to return. I am not sure I would pick this hotel to stay at though. Hotel's best amenity is the location."

"Delayed review...Close proximity to Vanderbilt University and Medical Center and Ascension/St Thomas Hospital. Very nice hotel is bordered by multilevel parking lots for nearby hospital requiring a block walk to restaurants on West End Ave. Hotel rooms are clean, modern, functional, and well worth the price we paid. My room was a suite with 2 queen beds, a sitting room with as sofa bed, and a kitchen with an island dinette. Free Wifi and the hot full breakfast included with the room charge is very good. There is a safe parking lot with key lock hotel elevator access. The parking fee is $30 per day which is the similar cost to other Nashville hotels. Enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. I would stay here again when I am in Nashville."

"I am staying here as my husband is going through a liver transplant. The cleanest hotel. The staff was amazing. Anything to make your stay comfortable they do. A very caring group of people. I definitely will be back. I encourage everyone who needs to stay in Midtown to stay here. BONUS: THE VIEW WAS AMAZING G AT NIGHT"

"The Hyatt House has been a great place for my wife and I. We have stayed multiple times since October 2023. Most recently, we stayed here and required 2 extensions to our stay. On top of that, we needed a late checkout by 1 hour (Madonna told me it would not be a problem). The staff accommodated all of our needs and requests. We are staying again this week. The management is genuinely courteous and demonstrate hospitality. This translates to their staff. I interacted with several of them in the lobby. They all were so kind and helpful. I recommend staying at the Hyatt House at Vanderbilt. I will continue to choose Hyatt House at Vanderbilt when I am in Nashville."
