"This is my second year living at the canvas apartments. I’m very pleased with the experience I’ve had with the staff. After the first year they accommodated my elder dog and got me an apartment downstairs since he was having trouble going up and down the stairs. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request they’re at my apartment that day or the following day to get the issue resolved. The communication with the office is easy and accessible. The only things I wish were different are that the laundry area was bigger so more could be used at once (you have to pick the right time to go) and the dog park was bigger and had two different sides for sizes of dogs. All in all the apartments are nice and the staff keeps good communication with the tenants."

"The apartments here actually look like the model you see when touring. They do a great job cleaning before move in. The staff is so incredibly kind and efficient. Garrett was awesome. He answered all my questions and was accommodating to my move in needs, which made me feel a lot safer about trusting them with my money! There are some cute common areas outdoors. Best of all, they are literally close to everything. They're off the street enough to feel safe but still right at Gallatin."

"I have lived at the Canvas apartments for over a year now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here since I moved to Nashville, the layout of the apartment is great the square footage of the apartment is something that you will not find anywhere in the area this close to downtown Nashville for this price!(the walls are thin, but hey it’s an apartment) I love the maintenance crew, especially the groundskeeper. They are all so nice and personable, very responsive and friendly. Maintenance say hi to me every time they see me and their response rates to maintenance calls is impeccable. Crystal the main leasing agent is such a joy to work with every time I see her she speaks, and she always has a smile on her face. Unless I buy a house I do not plan on moving from here at all."
