"As a corporate photographer who travels frequently, I have decided to write reviews for the hotels I stay at starting in 2024. Currently, I am staying at a nice hotel in Downtown Nashville, which is located away from the busy streets of Broadway. Though not luxurious, it is a good hotel and provides a comfortable stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced at $20.00 for an all-you-can-eat meal. I was impressed by the availability of a large number of blueberries, which was a pleasant surprise. The made-to-order omelets were also a nice touch. My room is quite spacious, as the photos depict. Overall, I highly recommend this place. There are several local restaurants within walking distance, which is a bonus."

"I really like this hotel. Very close to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. Jonathan the concierge was very informative. 5 stars all around. But….. Kendall the server at the bar needs to figure it out. He is slow. We paid out, just so we could move and get a quicker server. He’s on his phone more than doing his job. This guy has to figure it out or move on."

"I teetered on 3 or 4 stars. I'll go 3.5. The staff was pretty good, no complaints there. The hotel is in a nice location. The rooms and meeting areas could use some renovation. The coffee machine in my room was not functional. The shower head needs some work. Otherwise the stay was nice. Valet parking is available for about 60 bucks a day. There is a Starbucks, restaurant, and bar in the hotel, which is nice."

"At first glance, the hotel was very nice. Everyone was friendly- from valet to the bar tender. That’s all I can say on the positive side of things. There was not any warm water throughout the hotel, so everyone had to take cold showers. The air conditioning in the room was sub-par. We did call the front desk and they sent someone up- he tinkered around the closet area but it didn’t do anything to help. The grand finale was when we woke up this morning and found a roach crawling across the night stand. We also let the front desk know about that- and we were given an “I’m sorry” but that’s it."

"Stayed here 10/3/23 for a concert at the Municipal Auditorium with my daughter. Was concerned after reading numerous reviews regarding the air conditioning and the rooms. The room was very nice with no issues whatsoever. The air-conditioning was fantastic without issues. We really just needed a safe clean place to sleep. I was aware parking was a little difficult as they did not offer self parking and only offered valet for $50, which is not horrible. I did self park cross the street under the UBS building $32 for the night. Easy process, but we packed very light. The location was good for the concert, however, the bus station is between the hotel and the auditorium, take that for what it is. It was also close enough to Broadway to walk without any issues. Customer service was not bad, Although, I was told they would call me when my room was ready and I never received a call. I just wanted to leave a positive review since most people only get on here to post negative stuff. Shop around for the room price though, it can be pricey."
