Aloft Nashville West End

"They charged me $75 dollars for an “incidental”. This is completely normal I am aware, but I called the office to see about when the deposit would go back in as it has been 5+ business days. When I called I was told they were keeping the deposit for “self parking” When I spoke to the absolutely heinous very rude customer support on the phone. I paid for the self parking at the front desk and got charged an incidental fee that I will never receive. Again the customer support woman was an absolute menace. Very rude and yelling at me over the phone. Will probably never stay again for that reason."

"This place shouldn’t be downtown with all the other great hotels. The lady at the front desk was very rude, and the bed sheets smelled like old water or just not clean. We will never stay here again. The “Hyatt House” was way better. They might have been short staff but they had great customer service."

"I stayed 3 days over the holidays and enjoyed my stay at this property very much. The room was beautiful and I was very appreciative of the fact that they allowed dogs at no extra charge. The entire staff was very kind and helpful for my entire stay. A big shout-out to John who worked the front desk area for his assistance during my stay. I will be back to stay at this Aloft again!"

"I was promised that I could park my truck at this location and this turned out to be false. When I arrived, my truck could not fit in the parking garage. I was VERY lucky to find another Marriott owned hotel with availability for the night. Employees should be more educated in the parking situations, especially in congested areas such as Nashville. I am a silver elite member and always stay with Marriott hotels. I want my money refunded. EDIT: I did call the accounting dept and they did split the cost with me, which I do appreciate. She did take care of me quickly. I understand this was an unfortunate situation."

"Awesome place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Lower Broadway is a $7 Uber ride away. The lobby has a nice bar with live music. The restaurant has a delicious breakfast buffet. We are going to make this our place to stay from now on. Thanks for a great stay!"
