"I’ve lived here two years. I do not recommend this place for several reasons; 1) Upon the ending of your lease, your rent goes up. We started here in 2021 at $1179/Month now in Sep 2023 $1,579/Month. It’s unsustainable and shows a lack of empathy for your tenants. 2) The buildings are old and infested with bugs. (Brown recluse, cockroaches, mites) They say monthly pest control but they only treat 1/3 of the property each month, so it’s pest control 4 times per year. 3) They charge every unit for trash ($75/month) and yet, this is not a gated community and you will see people from the local community dumping regularly. The trash cans fill up and trash inevitably ends up all over the trash area. 4) The front office staff seem to be new every 6 months, they seem to be a revolving door kind of employer. 5) Several camper vans are parked around the property against the lease agreement… one has a generator running regularly. 6) Car break ins have been happening. (See attached photo) There are criminals going around stealing parts off cars. I could go on, just take my advice and move in somewhere else it is not worth it. "The Villages of Stonewood was the third complex I lived in in Nashville and it is by far my favorite. The only reason we moved is life circumstances and has nothing to do with the complex or management. Everyone is so kind and easy to work with and communicate with. Stephanie in the office is the best! She is so kind and prioritizes residents and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Maintenance is on top of things and they're all great to work with (especially Zach!). I am so thankful for my time here. If I ever move back to Antioch this would be my number one pick!"
