"Lincoya Bay has been an awesome experience and I highly recommend for anyone in the Nashville area. Very convenient location for food, travel (BNA airport), Percy Priest Lake, hikes, and downtown, and great price for location. I also felt very safe and never had issues with any neighbors, everyone is friendly. Very dog friendly as well, my dog loved it! Even though I could only stay a year it has been a wonderful experience. Mera and RC do an excellent job and I will miss it!"

"I love living at Lincoya Bay Townhomes! The townhomes themselves are beautiful and modern. A gate code or admission tag is required to enter which makes me feel extra safe. The location is great, I visit Percy Priest lake (you can literally walk to it) or the Stones River Greenway most weeks. It's close to the airport which is great for travelers and the planes aren't as noisy as you think. Additionally, it's only a 25 minute drive from downtown. And last but not least Mera and RC are wonderful people - I've never had more personable and caring landlords. The pricing beats most places in the area and it's worth it. I highly recommend it here!"
