"I have been here going on 5 years and have seen different managers come and go. Chinise is by far the best manager that I have had. She’s fair and always willing to help her residents and willing to go above and beyond. She is working her butt off to get things in order here. She and Makayla are the best! Of course with apartments there will be things wrong but I can honestly say that they get on top of it immediately! I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND COMMUNITY! Tara B."

"I have lived here for over 9 years (that should say something) — since I first came to Nashville. Ms Makayla and Chinese (the assistant and managing property managers) ALWAYS get back to me whenever I have a problem. Chinese made sure my stove was fixed ON CHRISTMAS EVE so we could cook on Christmas! They are very receptive, kind, caring, accommodating and always get back to you no matter how busy they are. There has also been a lot of renovations to update the property and apartments. I would recommend to anyone. The location is also hard to beat, very close to downtown, opry mills mall, and the airport."

"I truly enjoy my view. Sitting on the patio very calming here. I love living at The Highlands On Briley. It's very convenient to near by shopping centers and great places to eat. Not only that... If you take the public transit, the We Go Transit stops right in front of the complex. It makes getting around town much easier. This picture was taking during the summer when the pools were opened. You want a place to call home with amazing staff? Come by and see the ladies in the office. Home is what we make it."

"Don't do it! Cockroach infested! There is nowhere that you can go that you won't smell weed! The police show up frequently. The garbage area's are third world. You won't sleep with the constant noise. Parking is a complete joke. Cannot get up and down the hill in winter. Babies playing unattended in the road! Not great at getting things fixed."
