"Very great place to live. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Ms. Carletta is the best. She is friendly, nice, and helps in anyway possible. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Just all around great place to live. Love that we have laundry on site at a way cheaper price than laundry mats. All new flooring and carpet. New appliances, including dishwasher. All in all the best place to live. Also have code to enter buildings. Makes for any unwanted people from being in buildings. Just a great place to live."

"We have been living here going on 3 years and we absolutely love it the new management is awesome she worked with you as much as she can maintenance is good and overall the she has made up big change around here and I think it's great she likes to be Hands-On which is awesome that's what a new management is supposed to be and she does a fantastic job I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know heck my mother-in-law and father-in-law live here as well and they like it she's worked with them worked with all of us it's very clean very orderly and overall I give five stars"

"All in all a good place to live. It’s pretty quite in terms of your neighbors are quite and everyone is nice. There’s always room for improvement on the apartments their self, like level floors, but it’s still nice. Definitely the best office and maintenance staff I’ve ever had."

"I enjoy living at the Oaks. One of the big pluses is the location, most of the places that I need (Shopping, medical clinic, hospital, restaurants center etc) are 5 to 10 minute drive away. A good privately owned tire shop and a taqueria almost directly across the street. Maintenance (always a concern) is prompt, friendly and professional. The manager is available and agreeable. (and a fun person). The small window type air conditioner keeps me cool on the hottest days and the electric bill was only $62 each of the first two months, a miracle! This is the place for me!"

"I lived here for 5 years. I hand delivered an application to a guy who got approved and is living there but they refused to give me the Referral fee. Sure like to know why! I doubt they still have the same manager since they change every few weeks."
