"Lived here for over two years and would recommend to live somewhere else. Started off okay but continued to get worse living here over time. Rooms were outdated and never well maintained, cars were being broken into, gates never worked nearly all the time, heard gunshots every week, and there was a lot of trash left over the property as shown in the photo. The area surrounding the property is also unsafe. Hoping current residents are staying safe or able to get out soon."

"I initially loved living here until the neighbor below me began to harass me about dog poop that did not belong to my ESA and constantly asked if he could pet him after i made it clear that I’m trying to train him. They claim to be dog/cat friendly but allow people to harass you over your dog barking here and there as if that’s not what some dogs do. They don’t investigate noise complaints or try to work with you, they just send out 14-day cure letters and take whoever’s word for things. Car break-ins are common, the apartments are poorly maintained, maintenance takes forever, and from my personal experience the apartment manager Laura was extremely rude over the phone and spoke to me in a very demeaning and belittling manner. The gates never work, the dog park is never cleaned, they allow neighbors to harass you consistently and don’t care to make living conditions comfortable for everyone. I would not recommend staying here."

"Worst decision, decision of my life, moving into this apartments. Mine and my wife car got stolen, burnt and broken into 3 time in two months and I had called the office and told them what can they do about this, they said they can’t do anything about it. The gate only work when they want and get fixed like a week late. They also said they was going to be security never seen them once. I don’t like having family come over because it’s not safe. I have ring camera that captures gunshots right outside the apartment."

"RUN!!!!!! I made the worst decision ever moving here. I’ve been reporting problems that has yet to be fixed. Kitchen sink leaks all out in the floors, plumbing is messed up no one can use the restroom without it coming back up and overflowing all in the floors. Painted over mold in the showers, roaches and the list goes on! It’s ridiculous. I’ve reported these issues repeatedly just for nobody to come fix the problems. It’s very disgusting! I do NOT refer this complex to anybody!"

"Worst decision I’ve ever made! I moved in on the 13th and I’ve seen roaches everyday since then! I called the office that day and they told me they’ll get someone out a week later just to be closed a whole week! The blinds are chewed by a dog and they never tried to replace them. They have dead roaches everywhere! This place is disgusting! They charge for pest control and valet garbage just for th garbage to sit infront of your door for a week and never be collected! Due to the storm no one has been in the office to even hear a complaint. I just want my money back and out of this lease I’m so disappointed. I can’t even sleep at night of fear of being in bed with roaches. My job is extremely demanding which keeps me from home several hours out the day. I just know the roaches are having a field day in here. After working 16hrs can’t even enjoy a good shower because the roaches are already there. The toilet doesn’t work. This place is a complete joke! I wish I able to give it 0 stars! They need to shutdown or listed on the public housing listings!"
