"I really like this place. The saltwater pool is a refreshing oasis, and the fire pit creates a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. The updated modern gym is a fantastic addition, and the clubhouse offers a perfect space for socializing. The monthly events add a sense of community that I truly appreciate. What sets this place apart is the exceptional management team. They address issues promptly, listen attentively, and provide effective resolutions. Cheyenne, in particular, has been a champion in ensuring my concerns are understood and handled with care. While no place is perfect, this apartment has proven to be an excellent choice for me, thanks to its great amenities and responsive management. I've only ever renewed my lease once, and it was here."

"Recently I visited a family member at Alta Farms at Cane Ridge and was extremely impressed with this property. The property is located away from the busy highway down a more quiet road allowing for a peaceful atmosphere, but is also conveniently located near the Tanger Outlet for outings. The units were extremely impressive and pristine. The floor plan I saw when I visited was very large, unlike many other apartments I've seen in the past. The units were also very up-to-date with appliances. Will definitely be keeping Alta Farms at Cane Ridge in mind to refer any friends and family to in the future."

"If the property and feeling of seclusion isn't enough to make Alta Farms a 10/10, then the staff and sense of community definitely is. This is the first apartment I've seen that puts a true effort to building a sense of community. I feel like there is an event almost every week, and there's usually something for everyone! If you're looking for an apartment that feels like a neighborhood, I definitely recommend checking them out!"

"Me and my boyfriend were looking for a place to call home in a state we had never lived in. Alta farms so far has provided us just that! From the time we visited in December to the time we moved in, the staff was very helpful. Jarrod gave us our tour and Dalton gave us the keys on move in day. We get clear communication from the staff on updates and community events. The people that live here are also very welcoming and we have been able to meet and connect with people at events and around the community. I love using the gym, the event barn equipped with a fire pit and I can’t wait for the warmer weather activities such as using the pool and community garden. It has been a smooth transition moving to Tennessee from Ohio, a key reason I can say that is because of the staff here and this beautiful apartment we call home."
