"I lived at this apartment for 7 years. I cleaned the apartment before moving out and I never received my deposit back. I have called and left messages for someone to contact me to explain why they did not refund the deposit and no one has called me back. It's bad business."

"well I lived here 3 years, nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Great location. While i was here i didn't have any problems, they didn't increase much my rent during 3 years. They have been changing ownership & management least 3 times - maintenance guy remains same. Last ownership changing it to affordable housing unit (maybe they get subsidy that way) - I can't renew my lease end of it due to my income but i have no ill will against what's happening. Well i had 3 good years :). and i want to leave a note saying Thank You. Hopefully it will not become ghetto place."

"Terrible communication. I called five times over two weeks and they never returned my calls. I was only asking to find out what the income retrictions were and if I could schedule a tour. I also sent three emails and they never responded. I was really excited about the location and great reviews. However, if the office wouldn't even bother to give me basic information, I'm really glad I don't live in this complex and have to try to communicate with them to fulfill maintenance requests."

"I have lived here for over a year now. This place is very safe and noise free. While it is a small complex itself the apartments are spacious. THEY CARE HERE! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very kind and helpful. They will try and help in any way. The maintenance is above and beyond. If you have a problem he will come right away. There is one man taking care of these apartments and he is on top of it ALWAYS. We have a new land lady now and she is very kind. She has helped us many times! She does a great job of keeping everyone informed and feeling welcome. THE PRICE IS AMAZING FOR NASHVILLE. I’ve enjoyed living here."

"It's nothing special. It's a quiet, well kept apartment complex. The neighbors are respectful and the apartment manager, while nosy at times, is really sweet and has been helpful. I've been there for 3+ years and the rent has only went up 40 dollars in that time. There isn't a lot of storage space, but its a great little place if you are looking for a transitional home."
