"The last 3 years here have been horrendous office staff act like we should respect them no matter what respect is earned I'm not a child as they act towards us senior citizens this remodeling as office staff puts it is rehab for what reason I have no idea there is no plan to update att phone lines for internet I've been temporarily moved to a apartment that has black mold everywhere and holes in floor under sink I've put in maintenance request with no response and kitchen sink is leaking and bathroom sink same condition refrigerator sounds like someone screaming and air conditioner is extremely loud not the fan! There are many people coming in and out of the building who knows who they are not even one security person on the property and and the landscape looks like a bomb went off and they are putting senior citizens here beyond patients and this is just the beginning"

"On call maintenance man threatens and verbally abuses the other elderly residents, and family. This will be handled with the proper authorities as my family has dealt with this for 7 years. I will also be voicing other complaints on the lack of staff care or knowledge, especially during this pandemic to the corporate personnel. The health and living conditions are beyond disgusting and NOT properly taken care of, which will also be reported to proper authorities for a follow up."

"I've had many experiences with the Management Team at Chippington Towers and they are by far, less than helpful, uneducated and rude. The apartment buildings are completely infested with roaches (I've seen this first hand) and if you run into any type of issue that involves management, you can count on getting the wrong information every single time. I would never recommend anyone you care about living here. My grandmother lived here and I regret every single day that she had to stay there. If you have a loved one, DO NOT put them here. Please note that this review is for Building I, I can't imagine Building II being in any better shape, however, my review still stands."

"Too many fire trucks, doors and elevators always not working. They get them fixed and they tear back up. Beepers going off all the time, false alarms. Tower 2. They need to put people that are 300 plus pounds on bottom floor. They run over the crowded people by pulling their motorized buggies in the elevator. That is why they need to be on first floor. What if there is a fire? Are they going to carry them down the stairs no one could get around them and it jeopardizes other people's life. First floor please..."
