"Am I the only one who thinks it's very suspicious that out of 133 Google reviews for these apartments, 97 of them were submitted 5 months ago and all 97 of those were 5-star reviews??!! And all 18 reviews from 6 months ago also are 5-star reviews!"

"I am going to have to disagree with the comment under me. River Retreat has ALWAYS done everything that they can do to fix any issue. I’ve seen the maintenance technician salting the grounds. Ms. Malone, the property manager, even came out on the weekend to help other residents. I saw her salting the grounds as well. I understand that some people are upset, but this weather has shocked everyone in the Madison/ Nashville area."

"I am absolutely impressed with Toliah. I saw her over the weekend picking up the grounds. I have not ran into a manager this determined in a long time. She truly cares for all of the tenants. She is amazing at her job. This young lady is the definition of dedicated."
