"My aunt & uncle just move out from here. Their contract was up in December. Since they still needed one more month to move out my aunt personally went to the office to request this. The lady at the office gave her a paper to sign one more month without having someone explained to her she needed to give a written 30 day notice even know she gave a verbal notice to her. She went in today to return her keys back but was informed she owe February rent. Since she gave no notice which she did but since she had no one to translate no one said it had to be written. The main reason they moved out was due to the poor conditions of this apartment. FULL OF MOLD & maintenance reports not being corresponded in a timely manner. On top of that the crime activity especially in this location.This was poorly manage and the city will be informed about the poorly conditions of this apartments & how a paperwork was given without being translating before asking for a signature."

Only one I’ve ever seen with a huge bay window and the kitchen is sectioned off from the living room! This is my first place and Iam so thankful that falconview gave me that chance when.
