"This place sucks! The management is forever changing. My property was vandalized and when I made a complaint; I was immediately evicted and my case sent to their crooked lawyer before anyone would communicate. It is full of crime and the adjacent neighborhood has continuous shootings nightly. Not a safe environment and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst renting experience I’ve ever had."

"Nov 2021 was way better than it is today. The people including the managers are treating this place like the projects when it suppose to be treated as home. The gym never has disinfected wipes and the people that uses the gym at as children that was never told to put stuff back where they found them not to mention the parents let there kids run around wild with no care whatsoever in and out the gym. It could be worse but some things needs to change. By the way you can never get ahold of anyone in the office, just beyond sad that unprofessionalism has made its mark."

"I was a prospective resident, and I was supposed to move in this week but decided to move somewhere else because of the horrible customer service. They never answered the phone or followed up on emails. It took them three weeks to update me on my status during the application process. I never received a welcome letter, I never saw the apartment I was supposed to move in, and they never followed up with me during the process. I had to keep going up there for me to learn anything. I had never dealt with so much unprofessionalism."
