"Cannot recommend this place to anyone. Laundry doors are not locked and management advises that they will not be locked moving forward. Clothes stolen. Residents have notified management over 6 months ago of people off the street in laundry room attempting to take clothes on several occasions. Construction ongoing without notifications to residents effected who work from home. Cars broken into. Debris in walkways and driveways. Dishonest property manager. When management firm was contacted, was told “I don’t care what you think” and “this isn’t worth my time” without any concern for issues. This place is unsafe for residents, their property, and is managed by a garbage company and site manager who is dishonest. Neither care for their customers (residents), only their bottom line. Best to find another place other than here."

"A friend of mine lives there. I think it's a pretty cool place, in a great location. Not fancy but decent, usable space for a one bedroom. Safeish. Price range right in the inflated Nashville going rate. Safe-ish. And a pool!"

It is an older complex so it may not have brand new facilities or hi tech equipment but there is more square footage and its convenient to everything! It's a hidden gem in Nashville!"

"There are leaks throughout the units that cause mold and mildew. I’ve left town on 2 occasions and came back to my ceiling in my bathroom completely covered in black mold. The response the first time was “we’ll send someone out next week” as the soggy drywall and dirty bath water from the unit above was leaking into my unit. I couldn’t use the shower or bathroom and they didn’t fully compensate me for using the gym or work shower for 2 weeks. They gave me a gift card."
