"As most reviews are generated when something negative occurs – perceived or otherwise, I am pleased to report that on a recent Sunday night heard water in the Utility closet, the water in spigot for the hot water heater was leaking, and badly. Well looked for my tools – and forgot they were at my property. So, made a call to the emergency line. Within about an hour got a knock on the door from a gentleman from the maintenance staff. He took a look, tightened it up snug – issue resolved. Now when the complex is able to shut off water to the building for maintenance this can be swapped out. Yet at 11:30 PM on a Sunday night I was very happy that maintenance showed with a smile on their face and resolved the issue. I was pleased as they were too. Potential disaster avoided. Thanks again!"

"Renewed my lease in oct and shouldn’t have. Paying more money for a far worse experience than my first year. Office is always closed, dumpsters are literally always full which means people just put bags of trash on the ground by the dumpster. Being that i love cats, i personally don’t mind the homeless kitties so much. They are very well fed as they have many food options to choose from around the complex. Parking situation is awful. One spot per apartment so there is alllllways someone in my spot. There is nothing i enjoy more than working for 8.5 hours, followed by school for 6 hours just to come home to someone in my spot. The tow truck never comes so you have to fend for yourself which means sitting outside for 5-10 mins honking your horn and disturbing your neighbors until someone comes out to move their car. I typically don’t feel too bad about it though, considering my neighbors are always disturbing me by playing extremely loud music between the hours of 11p to 1a and 7a-9a. Overall, if you enjoy being annoyed on a daily basis by your living situation, this is the place for you!"

"I just recently moved here almost two weeks ago! Great,quiet, on growing environment! Since I first walked in the leasing office, it was nothing but great hospitality! I felt sooo welcome, Their New management team is soo professional and great! Everyone from the new property manager to the maintenance is great at their job!"

"By far the WORST living experience ever!! My refrigerator broke down and It took 3 months of continuous daily calls in order for the management to fix it. Clogged/leaky pipes in the kitchen and bathroomS, the neighborhood is littered in trash every day, dog poop on the stairs. The office advertises False hours of operation and at the times someone is actually in the office the phone is ignored. The laundry facilities should be shut down due to how disgusting it remains with zero cleaning. How can anyone expect clean clothes to come out of a Filthy washer and dryer? I've experienced on several occasions were there was broken glass in the middle of the parking lot in various places AFTER seeing the so called "grounds keeper" working outside. This place charges $804 for monthly rent but the tenants get extremely minimal service when any given problem occurs in the unit. I would not recommend any to look forward to moving into a junkyard that the management cares nothing about. ANYONE WHO HAS KIDS please and I do mean please do not misfortune your preciousness by bringing them to live in Dominion dungeons. ...the end of my lease is Not coming fast enough!!"

"I Strongly dislike this Apartments Complex. Roaches, had black oily stuff coming out the water in my bath tub, still haven't been fix, 9 months into living here, had a lot of problems that need fixed, never got fixed, moved in without a window screen in my bedroom, told the office about it , 9 months in still haven't received an Windows screen. You get one parking space per apartment, so if you have 2 car, good luck with finding a parking spot, after work, if you work 2nd shift. I got a green sticker placed on my wind shield for parking on the curve, after driving around the complex for 20 mins looking for a parking spot. Been here 9 months water has been cut off at least 5 times, sometimes for days without notice, even tho water is included in rent. Management sucks. I give them NO STARS."
