"I’m still a resident love the apartment but my unit seems to have lots of cockroaches in every room .They have sprayed several times but it’s not working. It’s been this way going on 6 months now. I asked to transfer but I don’t think it’s fair that I have to do the whole application and transfer fees again. I should be accomedated for having to deal with this exspecially paying almost 1,900 a month . Other than it’s great and the office grew are very nice"
"There is a train close by and you'll hear it throughout the night. It disrupts your sleep and your life and there is a roach infestation. They did send someone to spray but they barely sprayed anything and it did not work at all. I did not have a roach problem until this new owner took over and he started to only rent to a certain ... let's say 'quality' of people. Let's say people who don't speak a lick of English, pile up 6 to a one bedroom, leave their broken down cars parked all over the lot, sit out there and turn the parking lot into their auto mechanic shops, sit around blasting their loud obnoxious music while drinking beer, and then leave all of the beer cans crushed on the floor as decoration, and all of their kids roam around completely unattended and play ding dong ditch. When the new owner only started renting to these kind of people, the roach infestation began. And the only reason they have ANY 5 star reviews is bc they offered to pay everyone off who left a good review and then none of us got paid for that so they failed in that regard too. The office staff is very kind and it's not their fault. They are just trying to earn a living like all of the rest of us. It's the owner. It always starts with the owner and trickles down. Everyone else is just doing as their are instructed but the instruction comes from above and he clearly does not care. Come see for yourself."
"Management is great and always attends to complaints and help that is needed in the apartments. The changes and add-ons to the complex look amazing and we now have a place for our kids to play safely at the new playground! Thankful to call this my first home."
"It was a wonderful property before new owners took over. Rent is already at market price but they try to get every dime possible with additional fees. Insufficient parking. We’re paying for water that fills the pool but pool was not cleaned this summer. Maintenance does not make repairs. Alarm has been going off outside my apartment for a year and a half continuously. They’ve done nothing. My neighbors dryer exhaust pumps into my unit. They’ve done nothing."
"There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling from the toilet in the apartment above mine, took two days for anyone to come fix it. Required me driving to the other apartment complex managed by this same company on my lunch break to speak to someone because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone, email or their resident portal. The lease office at Tremont is empty because of renovations. I was told by maintenance that the ceiling drywall would be replaced which of course it never was replaced. There’s a watermark and definitely mold. Now I come home from work to a letter dated 12/1/22 but only now put on my door (12/9/22) notifying me that they’re going to be renovating my apartment for 7 days and to basically clear out because I won’t be able to use my shower, my pets will have to be crated all day, and I have to remove EVERYTHING from my kitchen and bathroom. They’re going to be doubling the rent after my lease is up. No one who can pay +$2000 a month for a 1 bedroom would ever put up with this. I only stayed here for 3 years because the old management company was great and it was affordable. Trashy, sketchy area, and now trashy sketchy management."
