"I am just a guest that periodically goes to visit family members. Their gate broke last year in the fall. Rather than fix it (the residents DO pay for that feature!), it has been left broken, and random guests now have to pay $2 an hour for parking. This is not downtown. This is a cheap way to pull money from guests rather than fix the issue. Not to mention the trash that is all around the property, and waa an issue long before their security gate broke. No security now, and your friends and family have to pay for it. If they dont, Brookridge will have your car booted. That is beyond stressful to think about. Is your booting even legit? Nashville booting companies under fire right now for illegally booting. I hope you have your permit."

"Would give less stars if I could rate 0 stars. Management is terrible and tries to take advantage of low income individuals. Also as a resident here you cannot have guests over unless you pay for them to be there."

"I’ve lived here for roughly a year and a half, the place is infested with fleas and cockroaches. I have been submitting maintenance requests almost weekly for months now, having pest control come out and spray my house for these insects yet there has been no change. We are extremely clean and have no pets, yet we are forced to live in such filth. The ladies in the office are rude and careless. They changed our parking permits and shy of hanging a sign in the apartment complex, they did very little to update the residents on the change and then sent in a booting service who started booting everybody’s cars. Upon going for the new parking permit, the lady in the office was arguing with me stating we had already claimed our new parking passes, with no evidence of us doing so, and proceeded to charge me for the two parking passes. I have also been waiting almost a year for the people in the office to fix my entry card for the entrance gate and pool access, to which they still have not fixed. They are extremely unprofessional, very rude, inconsiderate, careless and dirty. I do not recommend renting at Brookridge apartments."

"Oh boy. I WISH I I would’ve read the reviews and asked more residents about their experience before moving here. I ABSOLUTELY HATE this place and I very much do not recommend. You can tell this is a very money hungry apartment complex along with a lot of other things I will discuss in another review. Currently working to break my lease I literally just signed a few months ago because I never experienced anything this awful."

"Management is unprofessional and Maintenance is horrible. My apartment flooded from the unit above with waste water and we were forced to move out. They refused to give us an accommodation even though we often pay our rent on time. We had to move out within days while preparing for my board exams. The lady called Hope was so rude and wasn’t helpful. She made it seems like it was our fault that the apartment flooded from the unit above. Most of my roommates belongings were destroyed. Run away from this place. They asked us to move out and wanted us to pay the rent for the upcoming months even though we were not longer living there. Such a scam here are some pictures of the aftermath."
