"Um, yeah.... These are located in what's known as "Little Mexico" and is neither the cleanest nor safest area around town. Surrounded by a lot of crime & drugs, the price you will pay for one of these 1950's units would be best spent elsewhere. There's plenty of foot traffic and drug deals going down at all hours. They were in the news this weekend for a double murder where 2 guys were found in a car, both shot in the head, around 6am in the morning. One can only assume they weren't on their way to church. Seriously, it's not safe around these parts. Unless you absolutely have no other choice, get as far away from this area as you can. You've been warned.... No es seguro aquí."
