"Not luxury at all. The walls are paper thin, the train is so loud all through the night, not to mention the industrial buildings moving heavy machinery at all hours. Management changed to a huge company and there is only so much the GM can do. Supposed to be brand new luxury but it’s just not that feel. Nothing in my apartment was finished when I moved in. The shower was not sealed correctly. The hardwoods were not sealed. The patio door seal leaks. The cabinets and hardware are scraped and damaged. I’d pick elsewhere if I could do it all over. The GM is basically the maintenance guy and it’s hard for anything to get done."
