"Frequent break-ins in the garage and stolen packages in the mailroom (from the people in the projects a block away). Management does not take concerns seriously. Every resident that I’ve talked to, after moving out, has been changed a cleaning fee and a painting fee (regardless of if it is expect ware). It is cheaper to live at places downtown than here (especially for the value). Silver lining is the residents here are awesome and you can quickly make friends at this apartment."

"Moved into this apartment at the beginning of 2023 so wanted to make a 1 year review. I have been pleasantly surprised with how enjoyable it is to live here. The staff and property manager Shannyn are always super friendly and willing to help. They really make you feel warm and welcome. No need to look further if you are interested in moving in this area, this place is the right fit. Great neighbors, great location and superb amenities what else could anyone want? I will definitely be renewing."

"I recently helped my friend move into Eastside Heights and was quite impressed with the community. Everyone was really friendly, the place was clean and smelt great. It was nice and convenient to be able to park on her level in the parking garage and enter the building. It made us feel safe that the community has gated entrances and controlled access, in addition we saw a security team patrolling around the building and in the garage which provided a little more comfort. The last thing I was really impressed with was the valet trash service. She can just stick her trash can outside her door for pickup and does not have to take her trash to the dumpsters. That is just awesome. Her apartment has a beautiful view of Downtown Nashville and the Titans Stadium. The apartment is very spacious, has walk in closets and high ceilings. OMG!!! I'm so jealous!"
