"I absolutely LOVE living here. The amenities are amazing. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Devin in the office was very helpful with our move in, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Lucas, the maintenance supervisor made sure to introduce himself the first day we moved in and said he would always be there to help with any of our concerns. I would give 10 stars if possible. Absolutely spend your money here."

"Absolutely awful living situations here. Office refuses to speak directly with residents in concerns to living arrangements at this complex. First off there has been issues with A/C going out frequently in the most extreme of conditions i.e less than 60 degree weather during the winter, and now that it is Summer the A/C goes out over July 4th weekend in over 100 degree weather and they expect residents to wait for maintenance “for a few days” to fix it. Not to mention the lack of safety in the garage parking area. Several break-ins in multiple vehicles due to lack of security or gate for intruders. However the absolute worst part is the fact management is UNREACHABLE during these times of crisis in a so called “luxury” apartment for “luxury” prices. Absolutely unfathomable how horrible the living conditions here are. Just blatant stealing of money at this point. Feel free to reply maybe that way we’ll actually be able to communicate finally."

"VERY nice apartments and location so convenient if from the area HOWEVER you are not safe here cars are being broke into 3 TIMES in only the last two months they really need security or a gate bc they will be loosing people :( about 15 cars broken into its ridiculous"
