Her boyfriend was the maintenance guy who was also caught on video lying about gaining entrance to an apartment. Would not recommend these apartments to rent until another set of owners take over. All videos are cued and ready."

"Have reached out to this apartment complex about the return of my deposit that the paperwork says within 7 days of denial will be returned. I called them when I didn’t receive it in 2 weeks for them to tell me 30 days. Okay, it has been well over 30 days at this point. I have been reaching out to the regional manager for 2 weeks now and left a message, and my call has still NOT been returned."

"New Management/Property Owners suck - Installed horrible Speed Bumps. Bumps look bad, cheap and are terribly made. Ignores residents complaints and believe they are correct and MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. Whether you drive 5mph or 0mph in the complex, the speed bumps will scrape resident's undercarriage or tires every time. These new speed bumps will definitely damage your car(s) especially if you have sedan, long term. INSTALLED THE WORST SPEED BUMPS EVER. WON'T LISTEN TO RESIDENTS ASKING TO REDO THEM BY EITHER MAKING THEM WIDER OR LOWER SINCE MADE IT FROM CONCRETE. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!! [Response to the owner's comment] - - Please don't give me the same malarkey the Manager/Assistant gives everybody else who come to the Office. Y'all not going to resolve anything. "Swiss View/Ridge Management/ Maintenance is a great place to call home. Ms.Ridley,the on-site manager is very polite, professional and cares about the residents. The short time she has been the property manager, she has made major changes that was well needed. The Maintenance Crew always address any repairs in a timely manner that I have in my apartment and the staff is very friendly . I have been living at this apartment complex for 15 years and I think it is the best property."
