"Piece of advice: Check with your local police department for any police reports filed before moving in. The family living above us were noisy. Their child kept running and dropping things late at night. They would party, move furniture and make lots of noise late at night consistently. We had to call the cops several times on them after confronting them didn’t work. I also received threats from them. Trying to get a full night of sleep was a lottery for over a month. Management wouldn’t let us out of the contract, because our problem was with the neighbors (that they allowed to move in) and not with the apartment complex. At least they allow us to move to another unit only when my wife broke down in tears after we were told that nothing could be done. I had to spend an extra $1k in moving expenses for this additional move. Also smell from their weed smoking was perceived almost every night and never solved by management."

"They are serious about business and I love it. Leigh-Anne really made sure to help me and my lady secure our place within 24 hours. The team/staff really cared and wanted to help us get in which is always a pleasure. It is absolutely what we needed moving back into the country and having a hard time finding a place to return to. It will officially be our first full day and we are loving it again as we have been previous residents in the past and it seems like they even improved on some of the things that could’ve been something to complain about in the past. We’re sure we will made able to comfortably enjoy our stay and our home here in this community."

"I have lived here since October 2022 and have had a great experience overall. My three bedroom apartment is solid with good storage room, bathrooms, and appliances. My only complaint is the draft in the winter time, which can make it a bit cold. This is common with most apartments in Nashville unfortunately. There is plenty of parking and room for moving trucks to get around! Some of the big highlights I'd like to point out are the facilities (pool, gym, and basketball court) are nice! In the evenings and morning you will see some steller views of the rolling hills shining under the sunset/sunrises. The best part of the complex is the residents! You'll see people taking their daily evening strolls and walking their pets. I believe you'll enjoy your stay."
