"Maintenance gets 5 stars, but GE has taken way too long for the part needed to fix my dishwasher. I also didn't realize how annoying the Latch app would be. One time I had to ring almost every doorbell in this place because I locked myself out of the unit (I left my phone inside) and there was no emergency number on the intercom. Luckily a nice man on the fourth floor answered his door and let me use his app to get back in my unit. When having physical keys, I never got locked out"

"10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND By far the most obscene management. They will say WHATEVER to get you in the door, even on their website, and not deliver. They have amenities on their website that simply do not exist, so proceed with caution. Half the time they do not even remember your last conversation! If you are told something you can almost assure they are lying. I wouldn’t trust these “apartments” to house a pet rock let alone my self. There is a very good reason the parking lot at Studio 79, remains empty.."
