"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. In the 6 months I lived here, there was dog piss and poop in the hallways countless times, my car was broken into twice, management turned over atleast 3 times. The hallways maybe got cleaned a singular time in the 6 months I was there. If you want to live in the most poorly managed building in Nashville I 100% recommend moving into this building."

"Would highly discourage anyone from renting at this complex. There have been countless security issues with people breaking in from doors left open, packages stolen, and car break-ins. The property staff does not care at all about the complex or residents, and is rarely in the office. I've had issues with my key fob to get into the building multiple times and the elevator has been broken on more than one occasion. I've only lived here nine months and I'm happy to be moving out in a few weeks."

"I moved states and signed a lease without seeing the building or unit in person. The leasing team was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and they do care about their residents, have events, and are helpful, which is why I am giving 2 stars solely for the management & leasing team. Pictures online are much better than in person. Pictures definitely sold me and the area is where I wanted to be. The building is a bit older and honestly feels very cheap. From the flooring and the amenities, they seem like it was the lowest cost option. The gym equipment is decent at best, but hard to get a good workout in and the machines look like they haven’t been cleaned or services in a long time. Had to get a gym membership. The entrance to the building also does not have a vestibule, so when I’ve had packages delivered, they literally are sat outside the front door on the street basically. Also.. moving in was horrible. There is one elevator in the entire building and it literally takes 5 minutes to get to your floor. The unit itself is a nice layout, and I like the size of the closet and the bathroom. For the price of the unit.. I don’t think it’s worth it at all. There are so many more options in the area that are $100-200 more that would have been a way better option. I moved in and my unit looked like it had not even been cleaned. Hair from the previous tenant literally everywhere, dirty shower & sink area, not even the mirror wiped down. There was food in the sink, the floorboards are coming up and uneven everywhere you step, my windows are thin and one doesn’t shut all the way and feels like I’m outside, the patio door has cracks where bugs can get in, all of the outlets are upside down, and a lightbulb was out which was the least of my problems, but feels like again, the unit hadn’t even been checked out before moving in. All in all.. I’ve only been there 1 month and honestly know that I will not renew my lease, if anything, I’m at the point where I may break it early but moving is such a process. Updating this from 2 to 1 stars. I came down to my garage parking to find my car with a boot on it even though I had my parking permit in my vehicle, as well as registered with the building and paying for parking every month. Has to pay $75 to get the boot off. The company that did it said they had access from the building management. What a joke."

"This place is amazing. My son just moved in here from Greenville North Carolina. They have the nicest and most helpful people working there. His place is very nice and has great views. It is within walking distance to everything downtown and has great security. It has a gated parking deck and he has a remote to get in the elevator and open the parking gates. Everyone we met was so nice. I'm so happy he has such a nice place to live in Nashville. I would recommend checking this place out if moving to Nashville."
