"My daughter attends the magnet high school within walking distance of these apartment homes. The grounds are immaculate every single day. There's bright street lighting, speed bumps, and a park only a few feet away. It's really a beautiful affordable housing community."
"11 yrs strong. This community has had a major makeover. The groundsman keep the yards looking amazing .Management is okay. I give it all 5 stars because I've never had any major issues.I'm only 7 minutes away from work, and that is simply Bravo!"
"I love this property. The manager Mrs Richardson really strives to have a safe family friendly environment for the community. The grounds are always kept up and the staff is excellent. Mrs Richardson and her staff have truly been a blessing to me and I am very grateful. My next step is home ownership. The property offers classes for the residents. Cannot say enough how blessed and fortunate I am"
"I wish I could give no stars. 1st my kids were attacked I defended my home and children then I was forced into mediation with the parent that tried to attack me. 2nd a false report was placed against me I was called to the office and told she didn't care about my side.she pulled an old pic of Facebook and used it against me while threatening to evict me she then walked me to the door and threatened to have me thrown into federal prison if I recorded her very impulsive disrespectful and rude"
"My experience at john henry hale apts was excellent the service is perfect and i would recommend residency to anyone looking to live in a wholesome community."
