My friend who is a resident here invited me to the “Paint & Sip” event that was held last week and I had such a great time and the environment was great! Once my lease is up at my current apartment, I will definitely consider Livano Trinity as a top option for my next apartment home, especially if Josie, Kyra and Daniel are there! You guys rock! :)"

"If I could give Kyra more than 5 stars, I would. My move in process was everything but smooth for various reasons but Kyra was there to help every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to do everything she could to make it happen for me, and it did. She talked to me on the phone when I was in distress, going over all my options and assuring me she would not let me down and was there to help. I moved from out of state so it wasn’t a simple transition for me to begin with. There were some problems due to construction and miscommunication with changes happening in the building. Which unfortunately made my move-in date fluctuate several times. I requested to speak to the property manager at the time, Andres. He was rude, not concerned and not sympathetic at all. Disconnected from the company and basic human needs, to say the least. Proceeded to inform me that, “at least I would get free breakfast” for living in a hotel for weeks instead of the apartment I had a signed lease agreement to and was informed last minute of these changes as well. Quite frankly.. a free muffin wasn’t exactly at the top of the priority list for me personally, and I can’t even begin to describe how much I don’t care about free breakfast at this point. I am still in disbelief of how ignorant that was. His phone call was absolutely pointless to me and almost made me pull the plug on moving here. Josie, our NEW and IMPROVED property manager saved the day calling me back the next day, stating that I could in fact move in and there was a bottle of wine, a bag of goodies and a hand written note from Kyra, Josie and Daniel. As a current resident, I am SO thankful for the team we have here now and all of the amenities are fabulous. I absolutely love that they put on events for residents to mingle and network! Very dog friendly space, and thanks to Kyra I was lucky enough to get one of the apartments with a yard! I have never been happier with the space I live in and can truly call home. This place has allowed me to start my dream job and has everything my pups and I would possibly need when my work day is done. I wouldn’t be here today without Kyra’s help! Thank YOU!!! I’m not sure what company he is with but another huge shoutout to Christgen, who got me connected with Livano Trinity in the first place. If you are moving out of state I recommend working with a locator, especially him! He was amazing touring the apartment for me and was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. So thankful for him as well!!!"

"I am absolutely blown away by the Livano complex and amenities! I can’t believe how welcoming everyone is and how the complex has everything I could ever need. Kyra has been so amazing with the my entire moving process from the start! She walked me through each unit and option that would fit my needs. She knows how stressful it can be to move and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of! This transition could have been so hard but Kyra showed kindness and excitement at every step of the process. In my other complexes I have not met my neighbors or gone to any events but here, they make you feel so connected."
