"For a year I’ve been looking at this place. Just really poor communication and so much new management or workers. Trust me they don’t even know what they have available or whats being renovated. Before you apply, check with the management to see if the unit you are wanting is available at all. Someone might even have applied for it and your left s.o.l. Once they are approved. I was told an price that would be honored WITH the renovations just to be canceled out of no where after I applied; because I explained to management that’s what my heart was set on and that’s the only reason I applied, because I was told the price would be honored. Yes, the management told me after all that they won’t accept the price listed at the time of the application even after I was told they would. Without an notification or anything after my credit was checked and I was approved, I was canceled because they wanted to go up over $200 in rent. It’s sad because rent is already up 90 and 100 percent and companies are still trying to rob people blind……..But yes, otherwise they are accepting applications for units not available. P.S. I don’t do comments or feedback at all, but for the people Looking for a review I did it because I indeed was THAT hurt."

"Wont recommend. I am a resident here and referred my friend and still waiting for the referral money from last 3 months . Sometimes their accountant get changed and sometime other problem. Not recommend at all.POOR MANAGEMENT SERVICE"

"I was very nervous about moving especially to an area I wasn’t familiar with! The staff here made moving so much easier and made me feel at ease that everything was going to be ok. Especially Mrs Annette she’s wonderful and a God sent person in my life. She made me feel comfortable that I was making a good move to their community with my children. Very safe and peaceful environment I’m very satisfied. Come and see her she will take good care of you!"
