"MAJOR security issues. My car was broken into last night, along with several others. The Police officer said they have several break ins over here and asked what made us move here. I replied we moved from out of state and didn’t realize it was not safe, it looked like a nice complex. Our apartment was broke into, November. The complex has no security measures and basically let us know we were on our own, it was our responsibility to stay safe. After 2 days, they did fix our door. We are charged for valet trash- however, not consistently picked up. The office doesn’t respond to emails, difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Parking- AWFUL. There is not enough parking spots, so People will park in the middle of the road making it difficult to pull out. Nothing is done. People park in handicap spots, aren’t handicap. Even the office staff park in the handicap spaces. We have tried to get out of our lease, but no luck. The electric bill is WAY too high for 2 people, that are seldom home. DONT make the same mistake we did!"

"After being a resident for two years, we have several bad experiences and issues with management and billing. Not only have we been overcharged for rent (I’m talking double the rent) and had a hard time getting answers and refunds, communicating with the office and managers is near impossible. Giving our notice, checking out of the apartment, even renewing a lease have been shady at best with lack of transparency and communication. They send out threatening notices about trash, community wide, instead of addressing the individuals and will threaten to fine you if you can’t correct something as simple as your trash can being left out within the hour. We would not recommend anyone signing a lease with this company, despite the nice living conditions. The only reason for the second star is that the maintenance staff is absolutely incredible, helpful, responsive, and kind."

"The Hillson gym room is amazing and is bigger than most homes that people live in. The gym has all the new equipment that I need to get a full workout as well as is equipped with a separate spin room. The property is luxurious and it feels like I am living in a 4 class hotel. The pool is so nice and beautiful; there is a pet bath, and the work from home office area is fantastic. The staff is nice, polite, and they are always helpful."

"So far, I’m really loving it here! Emily was amazing and patient during the process. Maintenance is quick and very nice, I love that they have community events, and it’s much quieter then my last apartment. Only issues I’ve had has been people parking in the middle of the lot (aka not use a parking space and walking), and sometimes turning left onto the street (but that depends on the time of day), both things you can run into anywhere. 8/28/23 Update: Still loving living here!"
