"Horrible place. The property manager is good however the actual place is very bad. There’s always bugs no matter how clean you keep it. There’s always maintenance issues. And always safety issues. I recommend finding a better place. This is an old building and is not meant for everyone."

"I just never left comment for this place. I lived here about 2 years ago, first floor, there's so many roaches and bugs in my room, in the first 3 months I lived there, there was 3 times I woke up in the morning having a roach on my arm, that's how I woke up! So many bugs I cannot name, I used the vacuum about a few weeks after I moved in and found about 20 dead bug bodies. They did pest control but still every time it rained, there would be roaches in my room. The lady at the leasing office was nice, but the manager was rude and awful, not trying to help at all, don't know if still the same manager now. I had to move out after a few months. Even found a lawyer asking for help about the lease. If you can, stay away. Or at least not choose the first floor."
