"First of all, this apartment is probably the coolest looking apartment you will find in the Nashville area (especially the Gulch). It has an industrial feel mixed with large windows with unobstructed views even as low as the 3rd level. The ceilings are high and they even have heated concrete floors. Every guests we have had has left a comment saying how this is one of the coolest apartments they’ve seen Now for the negatives. The apartment is older and the appliances a bit outdated. A major problem is the amount of condensation that collects during the winter. It has gotten so bad there have been pools of water at the root of the Windows. They are working on solutions but none have happened so far. This is a newly purchased property so they are still working out the kinks as far as maintenance requests and their online presence but I will admit it has gotten better. One last tip, definitely go inspect every unit in detail and don’t just look at pics. Every single unit is different. They have allowed each tenant to make their own changes (although mostly tasteful). So go inspect each one before signing the lease online. All in all a good experience besides the condensation problem"
